I've got an idea to add a twist: make the bids blind to each other, so when you get a bonus, everyone bids by writing it out on a piece of paper real quick, then the highest bid gets the dough. This way, there's more strategy, bluffing, etc. So someone could win the bonus with a 100 dollar bet, conceivably, or they could bid 1700 when no one else bid over 500.
