As an adult beginner, I've been trying to catch like an egg (Mighty Ducks, of course) from the start and was wondering why I was always missing catches in game. Observing others, I stopped that nonsense and I firmed up the bottom grip, and finally started catching passes. Thank you for sharing!
Could you do a video about catching passes in stride? On my offwing I’m consistently switching between skating backwards through the neutral zone to present a forehand target for the pass or skating forwards and trying to catch on my backhand or dig a pass off the wall. Any tips would help and be appreciated.
Thanks for this video, coach! This is very helpful.
Glad you enjoyed!
