I’m still hyped for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, because the Budakai Tenkaichi games are the quintessential anime arena fighters imo (Naruto Ninja Storm also slaps). I love the big roster from DBZ tenkaichi 3, and I am excited to have Super characters added in DB:SZ. The DB franchise was made for the arena fighter.
A great Dragon Ball rpg I always recommend is Legacy of Goku 2 for gba. You can play as Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta, Trunks, and Goku through the events of the cell saga, explore iconic locales like West City, and the grind in this game is a good one. You feel yourself get stronger the more you train - very Dragon Ball and a very fun game.
