Nice. I had the S-Maxx that I converted to the E-Maxx. I was able to get the E-Maxx extended chais that fits the metal drive shaft. I’m running a castle MM2 and on 6s it’s a wheelies like crazy. 4S is the sweet spot for me. Running on Proline Trenchers.
You werent kidding about those battery hold-down retainers being hard to find. There's no sign of them on the traxxas site but you can get every other part. It wasn't easy but I managed to find someone that had 2 sets in stock, I got both just in case 1 set breaks.
Love the classic white paint. Calling it Emaxx is one of the little ways to make us like EV. Psychology is a powerful tool to quietly affect change. 4 real
Btw those battery hold downs are hard to find cuz theyre discontinued. If you bring up a 3908 parts diagram you can get the actual driveshafts for it next time you need them

You had other choices rather than cut it. Not saying your idea was bad, just looking out for you because you land the wrong way or smack against something, your chassis is going to snap. Where the cuts are.

My first nitro was the T Maxx in 2001, I put a 21 size Picco motor in it, That thing was badass for its time, Cool looking E Maxx 🔥

My E-Maxx on 6s is uncontrollable! Hell I can barely control it on 4s!
I think 4s is the sweet spot for the E-Maxx.
Next thing you need is one of the Basherbodies body shells on there.
It will help overall durability. By a massive margin ☺️👍

What is your model number? 3905 at a guess. There is 4 different models.

No it’s ok I truly understand.. but if you check out my next E-Maxx video I drive pretty crazy and I haven’t had that issue 😁
