Today’s hair tutorial is, 10 EASY Back to School Hairstyles! These hairstyles are perfect for medium - long hair lengths and are very quick and simple to recreate. I wanted to share all different types of hairstyles so there’s half-up half-down, braids and voluminous ponytails, down styles, easy buns, messy buns, and my favourite summer hairstyle, the claw clip hairstyle.

This is how I like to prep my hair after washing it and when it dries 95%:
Apply 2-3 drops of coconut oil onto my scalp and roots for some moisture and grip. My mom has been doing it on my hair since I was a little girl.
I always put a lot of coconut oil into my hair about an hour or two before my shower. I find coconut oil makes my hair looks greasy but after I wash it out my hair is silky and soft.

If you put coconut oil in your scalp your nose could be ruffy and you could Gert the sniffles. Was it like that for you?

I did the bun and when I took it out my hair looked so voluminous and thick! Usually my hair is stick straight I definitely recommend doing the bun for a two day hairstyle!
Her: does it beautifully in under thirty seconds.
Me: Takes five minutes and looks like Godzilla ravaged my skull.

Thank you a thousand times over!! I've never kept my hair at this length (about 3in shorter than yours) for very long. I get bored with ponytails and have never been good at braiding my own hair, but working in a restaurant, I have to have it up all the time. I always HATED playing with my hair so ponytails were about the extent of my styles. Nearly every one of your 60 second styles I can do easily, so THANK YOU for giving me such great options I can work with!
I am always late... to work. 😅 so easy back to school hairstyles are great inspiration even for me.
I am just wondering: your hair is so long and thick. Maybe you have a friend with middle length fine hair so you can colab and show some hairstyles for this type of hair? I love your hairstyles but I don't have enough material for half of them. Thanks!
I managed to do the first one! It took two tries and it isn't nearly as smooth and elegant as yours, but it's something that isn't my typical boring hair in a ponytail style. So that's a start!

My hair is thick and hard to create into a fancy hairstyle like a French braid, so I have to wear a ponytail everyday to school , but I just watched this and I’m definitely going to be using these from now on! They are so easy and manageable to wear in school, thanks!

Oh! These are adorable! I have super coily, 4a textured hair and I'm going to try theses out for work! I may swap out the rubber bands for some of those skinny satin scrunched bc I'll never get the elastic out, but I think it could be cute!
