When him and indy were a thing/broke up I remember he let his walls down a little and he’s actually super relatable when it comes to relationships. I feel like social media has tried to convince us that relationships should be way more flexible than they actually are for a lot of people. I’d never be okay with my partner being in the same room with someone of the opposite gender changing even if there was some magical way to assure neither one are attracted to each other. It’s like people bend their boundaries to cater to others or something

The beginning of Jared’s story broke my heart I’m so glad it worked out!
I feel like taras getting more comfortable and sharing her opinions more without thinking about it too much at first, but thinks we’ll hate her for it. I really enjoy her straightforward energy. Shes a very honest girl and she’ll admit it when shes wrong but let you know when she think shes right. I understand her feeling vulnerable at times bc she’s putting herself out there in a more personal way. I hope she knows we love her bc Ik I do. I feel like the age gap has a lot to do as well. She’s 23 and not to generalize but relationships are a little more lenient at that age, plus you have a lot of time ahead of you to date different people and make things work. Zach is 28 and is more emotionally mature and ready for a serious relationship.

I’m 27 & haven’t used social media in almost 6 years like Zach hinted at I truly don’t think it’s good for my mental health. The only time I’m actively on my phone is when I’m on CZcams at night or if I’m just searching Amazon for shit to buy. People who aren’t making money off social media but still spend most of the lives on it are truly lost souls just trying to vicariously live thru other people 🤷♂️

Last relationship ended because I didn’t have any feelings toward her and sadly she had already fallen for me after a month or so, o was always honest and had to need it because she deserved someone to love her back. I agree with a lot of Tara’s hot takes, no worries girl! But even if there’s some I have a different opinion on I still actually really appreciate her honesty, and she’s also really fucking funny!
My last relationship ended because she was way too clingy and was not at all understanding of me needing time with my friends, family, or just by myself. I’m talking at least 10 texts on every social media per every half hour I was not answering, and then calling me and literally crying because “she just misses me”. I can remember a time a fell asleep, only to wake up to hundreds of texts asking where I went, even though I told her I was going to take a nap. Before I ended things, I tried to talk to her and set some boundaries, however she just started bawling because she thought I just wanted to see her less. She was a very sweet and smart girl but extremely sensitive, eventually I realized there was no way she would understand and give me the space I desperately needed. It was really hard to end, definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life. The weirdest part of navigating this was that we did not have this problem at all through the first 6 months of our relationship, I still wonder what changed.

We still loved each other and did not want to break up, but trust was lost and damage was done. It came down to if we were making each other better, growing together, and the answer was no across the board for years. Most mutual break up ever, and it hurt more than the 2 times I was cheated on before knowing her. It was easy to get over ex’s when I hated them for cheating, this most recent mutual break up was WAY worse. Because to this day I still care about her as a person very deeply, and saying goodbye when that’s the case is hard. She was my best friend, and even though we didn’t work out if she ever wants to talk or needs someone I’ll be there for her.
I’ve been watching Tara for years now and I found her through Jake bcuz of watching Sam and Colby.
And Zach I’ve known about him for a little awhile but not too much just for him being on David’s CZcams channel sometimes and I had seen like a few of his podcast. And so when I scrolled one day and saw Tara’s face and it was for Zach’s podcast I clicked on it. And then I’ve been absolutely loving her on the podcast and her newfound friendship with all of them. Having Tara on was a great addition. And all of your dynamics alongside hers. You’re bantering, you’re jokes, the playfulness on this podcast, I’ve just loved it. I feel like she just fits in so nicely with your guys’s group. And I also love everybody in the Dropouts Podcast too. Now…Tara just has a way of lighting up any room she walks into. She’s just so funny, smart, down-to-earth and just beautiful inside and out 🥰 I would love to be her friend. Bcuz she just seems like a really great friend. The challenge for me would be making her laugh not that I couldn’t but I feel like she’d be making me laugh way more than the other way around. Lol and we’re both shorties. And we’re both talkative, so we can both burn through lots of different topics really fast. Both love shopping. I just feel like she’d make me feel alive.
