Sir is permanently added to Yoruba nowadays. well is not bad since is written in Yoruba as SA instead of sir.

Thank you for this! Just a quick question: can I also say “Mi ò fẹ́ gbọ́ yẹn mọ́" to say “I don’t want to hear that anymore?” Is using this Yoruba translation more common than what was said in the video? Thanks!

My father is Yoruba and he said:
"Mi o fe gbo be mo" is more formal, proper Yoruba than "mi o fe gbo yen mo".
There is also a subtle difference in meaning: "mi o fe gbo BE mo" means "I don't want to hear ABOUT that again; whilst "mi o fe gbo YEN mo" means I don't want to hear *THAT specific thing* again
