223 Remington with Speer 55gr Varmint SP and H322

  • In this video I'll be loading .223 Remington cases with Hodgdon H322 powder, CCI #400 Primers, and Speer 55gr Varmint SP bullets. These are not specifically for accuracy testing but I will be measuring the 5 shot groups. The purpose of this ammo is a lower cost, general purpose and practice round. I will follow up with range video/photos in Pt. 2.

    I honestly have no idea where to start reloading 223

      .223 Remington is one of the easiest cartridges to load. There are many, many data sources and components that work well with .223. You don't need to spend a ton of money on reloading equipment. You can get by relatively easy with a basic reloading kit that you can add on to or swap tools when you have more experience. .223 is one of the cheapest bottleneck cartridges you can load.
