Hi meenakshi I can see many serums which are combination of niacinamide & vitamin C ... how does they work or they are harmful?
No no they work absolutely fine. It is more about the composition. If a serum has both of them, it is fine to use. What I meant was there is no point in using both serums separately as it will not be as effective
what about ordinary multipeptide then mosturizer then retinol cream then mosturizer in sandwich format plus miltipeptide of ordinary is expensv so i want that it guves the benefit so hope layering won’t make less adequate or disfunctional bcz the retinol cream not from ordinary it’s the deconstruct retinol planning to start for beginners i wanna know that bcz 2,3 days multipeptide wanna use at night and also retinol2 days in a week .

Hii,I use Mamaearth vitamin C facewash but sometimes when I am extremely tired I apply sheet mask and sleep and I usually apply the retinol sheet mask from Mamaearth so can u suggest me?

Yeah that will work just make sure you are using Retinol only twice a week and that day don’t apply anything else, wear sunscreen of minimum spf 40-50 the next day and lastly, if you are new to all this then introduce all these three very slowly. Do not start using everything at once

Hey mam, as you have shared that we can't mix or layer vitamin C with niacinamide so I got confused because I am currently using vitamin C serum from the brand Derma co and the ingredients are 2% vitamin c, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, and i didn't had any reaction or anything.
No don’t worry, you can continue to use that. I didn’t mean that they will harm you together. I just meant that you don’t have to use them together. Also their PH are different too so just make sure if you are using two different serums for niacinamide and vit c then there should be some gap when you apply them both. But the serum that you are talking about has both of them together in the formulation so that’s cool.

See it may or may not work but personally I wouldn’t advise that. The Phyto clear one can have a few botanical extracts that might not always work best for acne prone skin always. So it is very personal and subjective you know.

I don’t use or recommend physical scrubs anymore so I would say go for a good Niacinamide serum, and that will help with the tan

Can I use Alpha Arbutin serum at night and vitamin c in morning !? Or I should use one at a time? Like using only Alpha Arbutin for a month and then take few days gap and then use vit c. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
I think if you are beginner you can start one at a time so that you can understand what is suiting you and what’s not but if your skin is used to using actives and behave well then yeah using one at AM and another at PM would work. But either ways go slow you know.
