    If we don't have a track record like Pace for providing credibility to the seller, what else can we use to provide credibility?

      @@mariothegraphicsguy From what I'm seeing is that we would let them know that we would use a professional loan servicing company that will deduct the money from our account at least 5 days before payment is due.

      For your first deals, bring in a partner. Go to the process, learn the ropes, make mistakes and overcome objections, and make money together. Take your time to learn the process, figure things out and make money at the same time. Then when you’re ready to step out on your own. And then when you’re ready to step out on your own, you can be that partner for people with less experience that bring deals to you. That’s the Subto Community in a nutshell.

    If your new and not in sub to and trying pair up with a sub to student to help overall.. how would you structure a jv? Or verify they are sub to certified? Thanks

    Let me be clear.. I’m not hating! Love PM and the squad, I’m learning how to be a great Acq’s mgr for my team… started out doing cold agent outreach, still do here and there but of course THIS is easier when the agents have already been given AND expressed interest in creative options… similar to a DTS landing page model where sellers have expressed interest in selling. Would love to see / hear Pace or someone on the team do cold agent outreach - of which I’m almost positive there’s a link for 😉👍🏽💪🏽

    Why did you edit out the conversation Jordan was having with the realtor,and then pull it back in at the literal end of the conversation.Nothing personal,but we felt Jordan really didn’t explain the sub 2 well.We almost felt skeptical on the viewing end here.So important to have those skills of explaining properly.

    The guy in the cowboy hat did a terrible job explaining subto and danced around answering the agents question. Tell the man how a subto transaction works instead of telling him something he already knows brother. Lol smh.
