Exceptional house of the week. I fancy more traditional decor, but you wouldn’t have to twist my arm to live here. I adore the chandelier in the dining area. Colorful. I’d think it more suited to a child’s room, but it’s quite a conversation piece. So, is this a manufactured home? The golf courses are starting to look much healthier. Thank you, Jana and Cameraman.
Thank you Cynthia. The chandelier isn’t something I would think about buying, however I do think it’s looks really good in the dining room. It is a site built home. There are a few manufactured homes in the area but are nice also. I never thought that I would like a modern kitchen but I absolutely love this one. It has changed my mind totally on the type of kitchen I want in the future
Thank you very much. The house is very nice and the renovations have been done to a good standard. I never thought I would like a modern kitchen but I love this one. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. We appreciate that.
I remember this house. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets I recognize from IKEA. The customization on IKEA cabinets are fabulous. This isn't my decor style but I certainly could be in this one. I wonder if a garage door could be added to the carport? The price is lower than I expected. I guessed 349!
You are always pretty close on guessing the price. I was also thinking about a garage door but I don’t think it would work without putting a front door in. Possibly an electric screen door would work
As you know our first home was next to Del Mar. Great location. House was amazing! We remember Sunny Pint! Can’t believe the selection of beers! Hidden treasure. Haven’t set a return visit date yet. May be towards the end of May. Will definitely let y’all know. Awesome video! 👏👏💪❤️
@@tnek6591 Yes, the upgrades are top-notch, well chosen. Kitchen and bathroom remodel materials/fixtures are high-quality (big $$$$!) improvements, too. Golf-car garage is a huge plus. And although the carport is not a garage (no garage door to close for complete protection), it's very well enclosed and protects a vehicle from the weather nicely. -- BR
@@tnek6591 It's ongoing. I had five treatments of radiation in March, so I'll have scans in mid June to see how that worked. I've been going to chemo e/o week for three years. Except for an eight month hiatus after a ruptured brain aneurysm. I was in a coma for two months after that, and in the hospital for three months. Thankfully, I was at the Cleveland Clinic when it happened, so I started treatment immediately. That's why we haven't been down since October 2020 (I was DXd in December 2020.) except for a quick day trip last July. Lunch at TooJay's, a few open houses, then back to Celebration. All of our plans for The Villages are on hold until we get some good news. We'll have lunch when I ever get down there and tell you all about it over margaritas or wine, 😆

Beautiful house and great price. Furniture in living room needs to go to big to crowed. I bet this house sells quick. Love watching your videos and still waiting for you to eat at Gio’s Deli. Also why do we see at huge line to eat at O’Shucks.

Enjoyed house of the week! Great taste in fixtures! The restaurant and beer tasting looked like great fun! 🎉
I enjoyed the house too. I loved the kitchen and Bathrooms. The lanai too.
We are definitely going back to Sunny Pint with some friends
I remember this house! I thought it was so unique and colorful (still do) and love it. Thanks you two for all the work you put into your videos!

Thank you John. Looking forward to that and our visit to Oakwood Barbecue
Enjoy your show. We just bought a new house in Dabney over the weekend.
Congratulations. Check some of the older videos restaurant reviews to help you find your way around. Good luck with your new home. Enjoy.
Beautiful home!
Thank you, it is. Definitely unique. I love the Kitchen.
And bathrooms lol

Just logging in at 9:30 on Wednesday morning, excited to see this week's video! I'll probably be back with more comments.
Best wishes
@@tnek6591 Thanks - Not so bad today! I even ate an apple when I got home, which is unusual for me. I don't usually feel like eating after treatment.
Glad to hear it. How many treatments do you have left?

O shucks is very popular with both Villagers and locals, decent food, reasonable prices
