Gin Fizz Cocktail

The Gin Fizz is one of the classic cocktails made with 2 ounces of gin, 1 egg white, 3/4 ounce of simple syrup, and 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Delicious and refreshing. This cocktail is NOT the Ramos Gin Fizz, but a tasty derivation of that classic.
