- Maupiti, known as 'Little Bora Bora', was an unexpected discovery during our time in French Polynesia! This island is yet to see any real commercial development, and feels almost completely untouched. We stay with a local family, explore the abundant marine life, and of course, eat lots and lots of fresh coconuts and mangos :) It is more off the beaten path, but well worth the journey!

So beautiful 😍 dying to visit French Polynesia
We hope you can visit soon! It really is so beautiful :)
Sydney, Davis - this video is so awesome! I'm headed there next year - what was the name of the pensione where you stayed and would you recommend it?
Pension Tereia - we loved it and highly recommend. The hosts don't speak very good english, but they were very nice and helpful!
Hello, i wondered what the name is of the homestay your were at?
Can you share where the manta rays hang out?
How did you guys get to Maupiti and how did you arrange your reservation at that persons house.
Air Tahiti(the website) is the worst I’ve ever been on and it doesn’t work.
We flew with Air Tahiti. If you are coming from Bora Bora you can take a ferry, which is a bit more complicated to coordinate. We emailed the Pension Tereia directly for booking :)
