Hey sis hey girl it is 2021 I've gained a lot of lenf and I haven't done a braid out video in a really long time a year but when I do wear my braid outs I like to wear them for a couple of days 3 to 4 before I take it out so by doing the flat twists that I show you in this video I keep the hair out of my face and off of my lashes because my hair gets caught on my Lash extensions sometimes when I wear braidout so I started doing the flat twist on top to keep those specific braids in place so if I wanna wear a hat I can! it's flat as possible enjoy

I used pure aloe too. I also boil the leaf in bottled water to make "aloe water", drain it in a spray bottle and hydrate my scalp and locks. I keep the spray in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. It's soooo refreshing 😌
All that extra work for nothing when you can 100% pure aloe Vera gel / aloe vera juice by the brand the fruit of the earth in the store that’s what I use

Your hair is just so thick and beautiful.
It is the relocation. When I moved to Houston (years ago) my skin, scalp and immune system went crazy. I developed asthma, acne and my scalp went into over drive with dandruff. My doctor said the smog, chemical plants, etc. I had to work to get it all under control. It was crazy.
I absolutely love the idea of the flat twists to keep your hair out of your face. I must try that the next time I do a twist and knot. I don't do braid outs too often because I'm lazy lol.

How do you get your sections so perfect? When I do my braid outs or two strand twists they look like I just picked up random locs and started braiding or twisting...😒

Have you considered cutting off the ends or unraveling the bunching you have on the ends ?
I have once it get some more LENF that’s what I tell myself but that may change as in I may keep them I may not

You don’t use any product? Just water?
No product while braiding as you can see in the video I added the setting spray towards the end but that’s it
