As all the comments read you take in account a large no factors from prices to technique and everything in between.

I'm in dusky complexion..only dark brown based lipstick looks good on me. I want to try nude lipstick..but confused 😕
I'm dusky complexioned myself. You appear to be a shade lighter than me...so if I can carry off nude shades, you should be able to do better justice !
Try the Maybelline powder matte lipstick in the shade Toasted Brown. It is magic ✨ Suits just about any skin tone. In case you were to still find it too pale, just apply it on top of any dark brown or burgundy or maroon shade. It not only lightens the dark shade beneath, but also creates a whole new nude shade...you can adjust the darkness as per your wish. I swear by this lipstick...so do all my dear ones who bought it following my recommendation. 😊
Same goes for the Maybelline powder matte Almond Pink...it can be used to lighten any of your dark pinks or majentas to bring about just the right touch of nude pink. You see, however much we decry the nudes, sometimes we do need them to tone down our darker shades.
