Im not a server, but do live in South Beach.. the service fees are bcuz so many tourists come from countries that don’t tip for meals. Without the service fees, the servers wouldn’t get paid much for their services towards customers. It’s jus to ensure their staff gets paid fairly for their services

It was eye opening and confirmed my suspicions that these ultra-high end hotels just aren't as fun. I'll take the mom & pop little holdout beach resort with free beach chairs, cheap drinks, and an awesome location. Way more fun and relaxed!
That was such an interesting point about the giant hotel blocking the sun to the pool and the hotel running out of beach chairs. I can't even imagine the price per night for such a bummer. That's why I love "Old Florida" type places that are way more relaxed with $5 cocktails and a totally laid back atmosphere. Try the Gulf Coast for your next trip maybe. Guaranteed sunshine with west facing oceanside sunsets!!! I love your boyfriend's complete honesty about the sitch. It was refreshing in a world full of phony vloggers. Bravo dude! 👏 😎 🏖️
Looks like a great place to stay. Definitely not the party place I would have expected in Miami. But WOW - the price of those two drinks at the bar !! And I thought Disney world was expensive. Hope the drinks were incredible.
Great video, but can I ask something? Why so expensive hotel doesn't include in price, the breakfast, dinner, drinks??? I mean like a All Inclusive, everything in price?
Just found this video. Very well put together. My family and I are visiting Miami for the first time in April and staying at Nobu Hotel for 1 week. Did you ever actually ever release the restaurants and bars video you talked about at the end of the video. Nice work. Looking forward to staying at hotel. Also would be interested in getting a mini fridge out in the room. How much was this a day. Thanks.
That bed did not look 5 star, it looked lumpy and bumpy. $42 for 2 drinks that weren't very large was kind of excessive. There were to many charges that I thought for sure would be included in a 5 star hotel. Looked like you guys had a nice time though so that was good.
