I'm not feeling it if I am being honest. It was too sectioned off but I also get the different locations having different trends. Although, I've noticed two episodes of a remodelling show I watch had the owners backing away from the open concept. Maybe my house will come back in style 🤣
This one let me down, not you. You're great but from the "waiting" area to the awkwardly placed tub in the master bedroom, it just didn't flow, at all, IMO.
The artwork is amazing. The kitchen 😍 The faucet coming down intrigued me. Maybe even inspired me? 🤔 Although this house isn't for ME, it is beautiful nonetheless.

Everything is grand
The mansion has clean lines, the marble is pwerful inside and out. My favorite areas were the first office and the primary bedroom and the bathroom black shower. What a site for sore eyes, magnifica! Exceptional video Erik

I have to say that I love the way this tour is filmed. Not getting too fancy with the footage, really made me feel like I was in the house with you catching all the little details, rather than being forced to see what you want me to see. Crazy amazing house!! Definitely an Iron Man house haha

Agree, but for this amount of money should be standard: a helipad, geothermal heated or cooled glasshouse, seed factory, garage for repairing cars, aquaponics, vertical farming module, hydrogen reservoir, 3-D printing room and in a dome: a movable observatory for stars.
For coming technological developments you need flying cars and small power plants. At a beach the possibility to go discover by own submarine the realm of the sea.
@@ulisirius9027 I mean you don't realize how much of the house you get for 25mill. The design. The added security. The rare elements most houses do not have. There's alot here that some houses similar to this...in LA that would probably go for 50mill. So even as it is. I love it. I think it's a bargain.
You're talking about helipad and all that new tech stuff. That's something more like a 80mill price tag.

This is definitely another Joaquin Torres masterpiece. Most starchitects are focused on clean lines and trying to make it as beautiful as possible aesthetically but Joaquin Torres here created an imposing, loud and intimidating (and nice) property.
This is the thing i love the most abt marbella mansions that they are worth the price , really spacious with extra amenities and so much more + a showroom like garage In just 25$ million and In LA even in this price we don't get to see extra amenities or luxury entertainment space!! Awesome guys 👏👏

It’s funny what makes this home unique is it’s practicality and liveability. Modern mega mansions have drifted so far from the basic functions of a home, this brings it back. Love it.
I love that every big window creates a different but amazing picture perfect view. It makes it feel like each different angle outside of the home shows you a different part of the world.

I have never been to US but If this house was in Carlifornia, It probably would go for like $100M+ if not more, exceptional Architecture, also this Architect designed the MILLENIUM house in the MARO BROTHERS channel and its super spectacular mad respect to this Architect, super breathtaking piece of art.

I watch Artur's video for a long time, drumelia real estate. Marbella is a brilliant place its unique in its own aspect. This home is better than the Cullinan which is also in marbella and Artur toured it, this home has a unique character to it, the marble, the patios it does not only feel indoor outdoor from the family room but from everywhere, all those patio and the art structure is brilliant! Loved this tour and for 25 million this house is a grab even for marbella, if this was in bel air or beverly hills it would be worth in the vicinity of 80 - 100 Million and for marbella too its a grab, it has everything only there is no cinema, but maybe we can add it and there are not that many home cinema in marbella

The Optimum Threshhold Of The BEST Mansions ( Best Looking, For The Price Point, And For Whats Included ) Is Right Between 18 Milli - 38 Milli.! I've Realized That Once MOST Mansions Start Peaking Over That 40 Milli Price Point Everything Starts Looking Cheesy And Forced Almost If You Know What I Mean. There Comes A Point Where Your Mansion Goes From Liveable & Comfortable, To Excesive And Outrageous.
