Planning has ALWAYS been hard for me. The easiest time I ever had was when teachers handed me weekly / monthly syllabi because I made it a point to get ALL the tasks done. I noticed while playing video games, that it was EASY for me to focus on a task long enough to get that level up achievement. As I was planning for 2023 the thought of what is the BARE min that I would want to accomplish this month and what would be the "star" goals. I started to feel good about how things were looking and it didn't take long for me to see the pattern.
