- This is a VLOG of the day I woke up early and made lunch box and breakfast the morning after a day of going to bed too early.
I had set my alarm 20 minutes before the time I normally wanted to wake up.
That's no good. Wake up at once. I was advised to wake up on the first alarm.
I am training myself to wake up on the first alarm 😂.

After 7 years of working, I finally saved enough money to rent my own apartment. Watching this, wow you still do a lot when you come home from work, cooking healthy dinner, preparing healthy lunch for the next day and keeping your skincare regimen. First I give the dogs their breakfast, then I make a cup of coffee, you find life is too short or busy not to sit back and enjoy that first cup of coffee. Especially on a summer morning, open the windows, back door, listen to the birds and other morning activity, maybe watch a rabbit or squirrel in the yard. Then you can start the days work.
She lives in an apartment in the city.

アラ還主婦です！毎回配信を楽しみにしております。私も定年まで会社勤めをしてましたが、こんな丁寧な生活とは無縁でした（泣）お惣菜 外食が多かったです（泣）ナミさんは生活全てが丁寧で尊敬します。退職して時間はあるのに丁寧な暮しでは全くないので、反省然りです（泣）まだまだ暑い日が続きますのでお体に気をつけてお過ごし下さい！

Treat yourself with a good cup of coffee. A old lady said to me that people always have thought about what healthy foods or not but if you eat and drink a little bit of everything you should be fine and you can enjoy it ❤
I think that lady gave excellent advice. But Nami does drink coffee it's that when she hears things she takes those things into consideration. I think she meant that she'd heard it was bad for your health to drink it first thing in the morning. It does seems that one year coffee's good for you and the next it's bad.
I know I followed the hype and though I dislike coffee I drank a few cups daily for about a month and it actually raised my blood pressure. I was clueless as to why it was so high but thankfully maybe six months after their recommendation that 2-3 cups was good for the heart, they came out that it could raise blood pressure! I haven't had any since but that's no loss.

I find these vlogs so inspiring & motivational, WAY more so than videos that’re made specifically to pep talk you into doing whatever. I legit watch these & suddenly my lazy butt finds the energy to get up off the sofa and cook a real dinner, as opposed to eating a couple granola bars and calling it a night lol They’re so peaceful and honestly the cozy, warm blanket side of CZcams.

In Italia la pasta non si mangia come contorno ma come primo piatto e si serve prima dei secondi, ma quando è stata inventata nel 1500 veniva usata come contorno proprio come hai fatto tu 😄

I lived alone for five years and this was typically how my evenings were, except for the neatly sanitizing and hanging of clothes, folding and putting away laundry, master chef skills, running a gorgeous bath, moisturizing and facial treatment, exercise and massage and tea. Other than that pretty much the same
