Only the untrained minds will question true prophecies. As much as there are Prophets and prophecies, there are Chosen or Beloved prayer warriors and prayer champions whom God hears or would want to hear their prayers on prophecies delivered. This man didn't come back to say God had changed His plans bcos some people prayed! This pains comes because there are certain omissions which seem to be beyond our comprehension, what I will only add here is that those who stand for the Kingdom should always be careful of civilian affairs (affairs of this world) as Paul told Timothy. Many notable men has fallen for focussing attention on the matters of this world as they attempt to use their Spiritual Gift to help the World System. Those of us coming behind are learning great lessons from all these. Our Gift and calling is primarily for the church and not for the world. If Baba has focused primarily on his sheep, this pains would have been avoided and Baba should stop giving attention to those who want to drag him out of his place of calling to carnal things. The culprits here are people who always want to force a prophet to use his office or gift to do fortune telling or soothsaying to them. Baba should be careful of those people and consider this as a trial.

My main point was that Baba left the primary assignment to be focusing on things outside his calling. He was a prophets yes with track records, but once a prophet leave his focus of ministry to be doing other things he was not called for, error is inevitable. And that is what creates the avoidable pains for him. His first defence after prophecy fail was that it was the journalists that came to pull his leg to speak on the Nigeria Politics. Pastor, you don't need to defend yourself since you're sure God gave you the prophecy. Truth be told you inserted yourself in the mix and God applied isaiah 44:25 to you like other prophets that put themeslves before the people. Pastor, you don't need to defend yourself since you're sure God gave you the prophecy. Truth be told you inserted yourself in the mix and God applied isaiah 44:25 to you like other prophets that put themeslves before the people. Recall God does not share His glory with any man- Isaiah 42:8.
You might have trained under Baba Obadare but those of us who knew Baba Obadare can attest to the fact that he will just relase his prophecy and move on and not brag or make a show of it. But you said there won't be any elections in Nigeria in 2023. You said it confidently and authoritatively. It did not come to past. Your prediction failed woefully. Elections were held. In the light of Deuteronomy 18:22, you are a false Prophet. Did you miss your callings?
GOD is SUPREME and can change His mind . Example Prophet Isaiah and King Hezekiah whom God added 15 more years to his life within 5minutes of praying to God for mercy. I advise that our men of God to 1/ prophesy with humility 2/ Reconfirm what was heard 3/ Check if God wants what was shown to be revealed by that time. If a prophet reveals what he has heard when he is not supposed to , God WILL definetely change it to show that He is SOVEREIGN!
Our prophets should know that many men of God also pray to cancel any negative prophecy revealed and the merciful God listens. I don't believe that it is "olorun tiwon" that made the election to hold. Who can say it and make it happen if God does not allow it ? We should not glorify any "olorun tiwon" as if it is more powerful than my Father in Heaven.
It is better to add that we pray to avert calamity after negative prophecies than boasting and decreeing them because they may not come to pass when the merciful God hears the prayers of His other children.

He faced the preaching of the gospel squarely. He warned people in govt when necessary. But he never indulged in making political prophecies. If you followed his footsteps without deviation, you would not found yourself in this mess. What you said is on video. So it is futile twisting it. You were asked on 2 different occasions who would win, you said there is no need asking the question bcos there would be no election. You said it is the same INEC that announce the date of election that would announce its postponement. Even Oyedepo only supported Peter Obi, he never made any public claim that God told him anything about the election. Now nobody can insult them for any failed prophecy. Face your call to preach the gospel and minister to people. Stop trying to engage in popularity venture like some of these new generation self aclaimed pastors and prophets. You don't belong to their category or set. They do all these for personal aggrandizement and marketing. You don't need all that. Admit your error and move on.
