What do you think about talking about the world war again?
L ppl l
Da Vinci has to be one of the most impressive people in History. His intellect and ability range was astounding, and he’s definitely on my “6 Historical figures dinner” guest list hehe.
Seriously, my admiration for this man is enormous.
How are you?
@daniele.3361 thanks
@daniele.3361 His name is Leonardo Da Vinci, both Leonardo and Da Vinci work as a way of addressing and talking about him.
Please share us who else is invited for the historical dinner 😄

What about you?
DaVinci said "the world could not be understood through books alone." Very profound. Very true.
I just LOVE this narrator. He just had such a fantastic voice, pronunciation and flow. I like that he also has his own style and that this channel doesn't use the "CZcamsr" style of speaking. The history lesson is just a cherry on top ❤
With regard to your footnote, "Thank you very much for watching", I can only say, 'thank YOU very much for an extremely interesting presentation!'
The GOAT narrator is back and i couldn’t be happier
I am in awe of all of the works of Da Vinci and his writings.
I'm in awe of you
Wow. Can I just say that is a lot of Italian and French names and your pronunciation was flawless. Awesome documentary. Thank you.
Your welcome! What are you doing tonight?
@@mannuwahal4791 Bro is not the creator of this documentary 🙅💀🔥
What a treat! Da Vinci remains one of my favorites. I learned mirror writing because of him. Thank you for the excellent work 😊
@daniele.3361 are you mad? Da Vinci is still part of his name.
@daniele.3361 doubt anyone is confused about my statement and whom I’m referring to 😉
Then you should know better than to refer to him as "Da Vinci", as it's not his surname, family name... It's either Leonardo da Vinci (meaning "from Vinci"; you wouldn't call, say a chap named Thomas, who came from Bristol, so Thomas from Bristol, "From Bristol", would you?) or simply "Leonardo". I don't know whether this nonsense was first started by Americans or by Brits, but cursed be the one or they who started it and spread it.
The man who was awake when everyone was asleep.
That sleep was forced on humans from organized religion
People still sleeping, brainwashed and soon live like luxury slaves. With rules and laws so we follow the line.

*These stories are a delightful escape from the chaos of the day. Grateful for the moments of peace they bring! 🌟✨*
Mankind has not kept pace with talent , honesty or dedication that existed. Wisdom may be the real word I was looking for.
Mankind never has. Those that were talented, honest, and dedicated, which doesn't really equal wisdom, we're just as few in the past as they are now. I'd say in the era of DaVinci people were worse. More corrupt, more violent, etc. The church had their own army, DaVinci himself wasn't even allowed to work or go to school because he was born before his parents got married. It's normal to idealize the past, but it's rarely accurate. Poisonings were so common that the rich were afraid to eat, and the wealth gap was forced, and gigantic. This video itself covers many of the examples of dishonesty and violence that was rampant in these times and in all times before. There's always those people that are willing to step up and be wise and kind. They exist now and they existed in the past. If you look, you'll find examples in the modern world. Like our first responders, the peace corp, etc.
Mankind has kept well with wisdom n honesty n talent and I'm the prime most example of it.
@@mannuwahal4791I’m not buying all of that based on the grammar alone lol.
@@mannuwahal4791 ha ha ha me too
Thank you, genuinely, for noting the eurocentric nature of the term Renaissance and acknowledging Islam and Asia's longtime contributions to science and culture.
Another way of understanding DAVINCI biography through incomplete and complete. Nice and smooth.
Filippino Lippi was also an outstanding figure of painting. When Filippo Lippi has died Filippino was just 12 y/o, yet he was able to finish his late father last project before starting working on his own.
The greatest inquisitive mind ever
We're all curious😊😊
That's a eurocentric view. Apparently Muslims and Asians had already discovered everything that da Vinci Galileo Copernicus and Newton would discover later
Another great video, thanks to all involved.
Can you guys make a video on Edgar Allan Poe and Charles Dickens? That would be great to see.
Love your content guys! You're the Best
please do more artists!!!
An utterly fascinating man/artist/scientist of the greatest genius.
Loved it! I'd love to see one on Frida.
Fantastic documentary, as always.
This particular narrator is simply the best of your channel. Glad to see him back.
Humankind peaked during the Renaissance, with Leonardo being at the top of the tree
Leo was good, but for me Michelangelo was the greatest! called by his contemporaries as the "divine" says enough
Renaissance was the beginning of the downfall. Responsible for much of what we see today. if you know you know.
@@mikem4481Yeah, but the Renaissance itself is great. The results of it aren’t.
@@WarriorofChrist612 what are you going on about bro

Leonardo DaVinci was in fact Mona Lisa ☕️🐸
A GENIUS! No other man could do what he did.
Brilliant!!!
Thank you so much for this video. I have read lots and watched a fair few documentaries about this man and it never gets old for me. Historically, he is the person that has influenced me the most.
So multi-talented. I think it is important to mention that his multiple interests was also his bane. With so much journals about his own life and works as well as so many careers to juggle, is it really a surprise that he left so many things unfinished? The man's focus was everywhere.
Great man indeed.
Grinding elden ring with the channel on in the background is my everything 😅
We need more people profiles videos.
The man who improved other people's ideas and improved them though almost none worked and none finished. The BBC did a great documentary on him and how most often he took other ideas.
Great video guys, thank you so much.
An awesome Artist then. I’m sure he’s been back to live many more lifetimes. And may be with us today.

Could very well be.
This was terrific! Thank you!
Thank you for these informations!!
Excellent video
on Da Vinci !
I have learned alot from this that I didn’t know.
Well produced documentary. I can't thank you enough. I recommend the book "Leonardo Da Vinci" by Walter Isaacson
My 3 biggest role models are Da Vinci, Hippocrates, and Ben Franklin. Remarkable, groundbreaking individuals who changed the world.
Great video keep it up you're doing amazing things 😁😀
Outstanding history video loved it👏👍👍
Goes to show you things seen and still presentable without full access to math. Multifaceted indeed. Collaboration of other talented see-ers enhances productivity and inventions. So particular elite individuals can enjoy saying " Go ' even after focused concentration.
Thank you for the very informative documentary .
Now that you've decoded Da Vinci a video on Michelangelo will make me feel good.

Leonardo da Vinci
(1452-1519)
I know him! Almost chopped my friend's finger off as a joke! Presented him with a hidden blade, though, and then a second one, a hidden gun, and a parachute... Very generous guy. And smart, too.
He’s the GOAT!
Leo was good, but for me Michelangelo was the real GOAT, called the "divine" by his contemporaries says enough...

What a great documentary of this man
superb content and a excellent video! i subscribed therefore :) could you do a video in the future of the other renaissance man called Michelangelo?

500 years letter : STIL A GENIUS 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙏❤️
This was great, a few things I didn’t know about his parents 🙏🏻
My own research on how many children Leonardo's father had was a struggle, so many conflicting sources, so many different numbers of children with the various wives he had. Would be interesting to know how they are so certain on their number of 11 children.
thank you for this enjoyable listen!
what a great mind he had .

Welcome and hey y'all 😮
Great documentary
We can't even say he was ahead of his time. That time has yet to come.
A true master !!
Nice video.
Excellent
It's part of the tour in Louvre, when you see the Da Vinci's angel's draft paiting, his teacher said something along the lines: " I can teach him no more, now I' ll not paint again"
It seems though that Medici family had nothing to do with the peasantry.
Their last name literally means - a doctor, and at times, when this name was acquired, the doctors, especially in the Roman Europe, including Spain, Portugal and France, and, certainly, Apennine city-states and principalities, were primarily, if not exclusively, Jews, either still within the fold of Judaism, or baptized to assimilate with the local population.
And Michelangelo wasn't too shabby either.
Are there any Sculptures by Leonardo still in existence & what would they be worth today please? Kindest Regards, Leon.
Watched all of it, thank you very much, 58:15
Can you do Stephen King and Peter Jackson
Genius
So much unfinished yet so much achieved
Great bio…Leonardo was a treasure and mastermind. Doubtless dyslexic, and possibly add as well, heNce the incomplete works, ; left handed and likely a gay man as well as the illegitimate son of a notable all of which held back the genius, he still found a way to shine albeit under appreciated, society of the time was largely under the thumb of the catholic church where his lifestyle did not fit. Artists are so often outside the realm of respectability it does not detract from his supreme talent. At least he found love in his limited life.
People with disabilities are the brightest ones, for example Albert Einstein had either autism or dyslexic but, he was one of the greatest genius of all time.
Hi judi
In conclusion; we can say; Davinci was alot like us all. To many irons in the fire, but a curious, visonary of possibility.
I am, you are, we ALL of us are creators of possibilitie's. I am glad "I", who has been both tradesman, and artist watched this. I too have left by the pull of curiosity many things un completed,, knowing they would be sufficent before realised complete. Scoundrel that may appear,, I am not servant to your entertainment.
“Davinci was a lot like us all” not quite, it’d take a handful of todays very best to achieve what he did back when- get real.
Happy birthday Leonardo
30:26 Is “Lady with an Ermine”. It looks muscular but it’s an ermine aka stoat, not a dog.
Edit: I forgot to say that I am enjoying your channel. Great content and narration!
often perverted
He did finish many works however he also had a habit of not completing many things as well I think he loved being creative but got bored with the labour involved with completing the work as his mind had already created new ideas or concepts his anatomy drawings of the body were so detailed and accurate that they were still useful in medicine in the twentieth century he was a creative genius however may have lacked some self discipline no one is perfect. Kindest regards always Paul
He just ran out of time
so weird this guy never got kiilled or thrown in prison for taking moneye and never finishing anything
I was thinking the same thing. Lots of unfinished work
The pull of; "possiblity curiosity" kept him moving and safe.
He just left room for improvement standing on his shoulders and all that
Same 😅
He just ran out of time
PLEASE DO ALEXANDER NEXT!!
Da vinciiiii
gifted but never liked finishing his work
Yep, I wish they had Adderal back then. Leo had ADHD.
What would be the consequences if he had finished his works. What would we have lost instead?
Neither do I. When one getts so close to the finish line of; "possible", too reality of completion,, theres no incentive anymore. I've exsperinced this many times thru out my life. "I", you nor anyone short of need of a paycheck,, is here for thee audiances approval or entertainment. It's your life, live it.
He would have had freedom to explore what titled and important people could not. Some look at buildings and only see visible components, others see the skeletons & internal works.
i enjoyed the video, but if you are going to speak about a painting, then please show the entire painting at once, and then perhaps zoom in on the important sections
Maybe the most intelligent person to exhist.
Especially if you consider that he was mostly self-taught and placed his own thoughts, on paper.
Accordingly, I’ve always contended that the French term ‘renaissance’ should be replaced by the proper Italian term ‘Rinascimento’ which is after all correct. The French had little to do with the rebirth of Greco Roman culture.
im starting to think and see stuff heard of or seen by other people how to be classy for them i guess is the way or how to be a warroir for them ?
