The game I always used to play when I was a little kid (besides MKW) and I still play to this day :) Such an amazing game for its time period. Very nostalgic...

I remember playing this this game a *LOT* during my childhood. Man, it was an absolute *masterpiece* of a Mario sports game to me; easily my favorite game on the Wii. The music in this game slapped, the gameplay was very nice, the personality of the characters was always exceptional, and the story wasn't cringey either. I like how you travelled around the island to build your own baseball team to defeat an evil force that plans to take over baseball (being Bowser of course) which made it feel like a real baseball adventure. Sure the motion controls were awkward and there was no online play, but I can still remember the days I had lots of fun with this game. :)

I basically had the same Mario Fireballs team but instead of Funky, I had Birdo. Same exact Bowser Monsters team also, but sometimes would put in Petey and King Boo for the Kameks.
