As a comment, I would say Instead of expanding real estates under private sector, government could have built high quality apt or flat and rent it with low price. (Law rised buildings) It could have been one of the big source of revenue for the government. Even for nations with low income ,we deserve very good place to live in. Why are we obliged to live in condominium???? @ 15:03 the condominium which are built are not beautiful or inviting at all. I don't have words to explain.. very stressful envt. Private sectors are so greedy and selfish. They only think about their profit. While knowing the income of the majority of people, I don't understand how they give expensive price of housing for rent. Government should intervene on determining prices....... I hope government will come up with better policy/ strategy to fulfill the basic needs of the people.
Housing is a crisis in USA too, not just our country.

Planners and leadership problem. It should not be presented as peoles problem. We have to many corrupted leadrs in cluding the government.
