  • In this video we go through a pre match or training activation and mobility warm up. This should only take 5-10 mins, and it best when combined with a pre-hab foam rolling session.
    Resistance bands are great for increasing power and performance, even if its just by 10 %. When we talk about goalkeeping that could be the difference between making a fingertip save and conceding a goal.
    so for this warm up all the movements should have between 5-10 reps depending on your level or the time you have. One this to focus on it slowing down your movement's as much as possible to get that added stress through your muscles.
    It’s a very straight forward warm up and I hope you get good use out of it.
