The first situation is very common here in south india... They bring a ox with them and play nadaswara(musical instrument) and keep playing till we give them some money.... Its a way of collecting alms from people... Near my home they appear more at festive times as people give fruits and money more considerately then.
But without cow lol
@@VivekSharma-sn7hl they don't bring the cow, the cow just chills on the road.
That's pretty common all around north India as well.
@@VivekSharma-sn7hl jordindian is mostly Bangalore based.
And they bring cow to every street in Bangalore. So it's true
😂yup, the only thing missing was some god's photo or idol on display... Basically the only thing stopping u from kicking them out.
In southern india it is pretty common. The instrument he is playing is nadhaswaram. It is a tradition during festivals.
Oh gosh Must Have Been So Irritating if I would be there I would have Kicked Those Kind of People

Fun fact: Jaby once live* streamed for 13.5 hours
Me: pretty sure the compilation of Jaby's ex stories exceeds that time
Pretty sure superchats were good 😂
I've experienced the first situation lmao. A lot of people come along playing the "shenai" and they ask money. They typically don't leave till you pay lol
True
In west bengal they come with harmonium lol
its called the nadhaswaram,for correction
Different region, different instruments, same situation....😂
@Sumanoharam Jha If they do that here i will happily give them alms
Jaby in almost every video: "yeah, one of my ex..... ,
Achara: 🙄🥱🤣
Exactly

2 problems of WFH were not addressed.
1. Power cuts
2. Baby's crying from the neighbors apartment
4. Prolonged working hours
6. Parents saying, enough. It’s too late sleep. (While I am in a middle of a meeting)
The call from your crush
@UDAY KIRAN well that is some religious thing we should not mention that.
Something no one mentioned here is that Vineeth lost his mother not long before this video was uploaded. Knowing this, the fact that he shouts “Ma!” in the video without hesitation or breaking character hits so different.
the first situation is quite common in the southern parts of india, they come in the streets with a cow decorated with lavish clothes and etc and the guy (played by beep) plays an instrument called the nadaswaram until someone pays them....i.e, its a from of begging
*That's very humble of u guys for addressing the thing about editors. I wish everyone was such humble about their work relationships.*
My dog barks everytime i have some video call or meeting. She's somehow senses that i have meeting 😂
The first one is so relatable....the house next to ours is under construction and whenever i have online classes the noise just kills me and i dont know why but it starts only when i am having classes like today is a holiday and not a single noise came and also another house has three dogs so u can imagine
We all can relate
Usually in South India a person with a cow comes to your home once in a month for offerings by the owner. Most of the people give them some money or food for cow and takes blessings.
In Andhra it's called Dudu Basavanna or Gangiri eddhula vaaru
In Karnataka we call Kole Basava
In Bengaluru it was 5-6years ago
Now I see them rarely
@Sumanoharam Jha Yes it happens
2:39
Jaby: He hasn't made much noise since the fire.
Me: Oh oka... Waaaait a minute 😐.
Exactly what I thought, Jaby said that fire thing way too happily, I was preparing myself for him to go 'MUA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA'...He's even got the voice for it.
I can see Vadivelu jamming to that in the background 😂😂😂😂😂✨
Aahaa absolutely paa! Gomma podu!!😅😂🤣
Ikr 😂
Basically in starting beep come with a cow and he shows his talent through a musical instruments and take some money
The instrument is called nadaswaram. It is not a recorder
Achara meant a recorder which is a wind instrument too.
@@sunchi1461 Thanks for the correction
@@seshnarayan7972 u're welcome :)
Achara: that's happened to me and all.
Jaby's ex: hold my beer.
The instrument incident happened with me just recently 😭. Few days ago on janmashtami (a festival) i had an online lecture and this man outside my house was playing 'dhol'(in north india, it's usually an instrument somewhat like drums)
“People who work from home”
My mom every 15 minutes: Knock-Knock, Beta! chai Peeoge?
chai peeni hai
Beeta jara door kholna mujhe poocha lagana hai and the list goes on 🥲
😂😂😂
Wait ur mom knocks on the door??!?!
@@Peetee1345 😅😅 exactly bro India me knock kon karta hai
As a guy from Asian Indian Family, the presentation part is so relatable. Because every time Im presenting, there will be ww2 at the background.
Somewhere in the multi-verse Julie is exclaiming Jaby!
That first "wtf!" is quite common, esp in the south, and, it's LOUD like nothing else you've ever heard. Also, the sound is sharp enough to cut through a nuclear bunker. It's been many years since I left Bangalore, but the moment that sound played in the video, I remembered it like it was yesterday lol.
jaby:My ex-girlfriend..............
Achara: Again and again.OMG.
yess the first one is something which happens in real. it happens mostly in South India where this person comes with a cow blowing the instrument and we have to give him some money if not he keeps blowing it continuously lol😂
Wow lol😂
In North India too, saints, musicians come like that and play instruments, sings until they get money
@@shreya6806 hahahah I didn't knew it happens in north india too! 😂
@@raksh27 yeah it does, especially in festivals like diwali, holi
Whenever I used to pick a call in front of my friends , my friends used to moan sounds no matter who was in the other side....

@@TRIPLEHunofficial lol

One time I had an exam and had to keep the mic on. A person came playing instruments with their monkey. They performed for half an hour and I'm telling you it was not very fun😩
It was fun for those who were in the meeting
@@TRIPLEHunofficial lowkey I also enjoyed but the teachers didn't like it I guess😂😂they were scolding me as if I paid them to be there
@UDAY KIRAN that is sad😪
That first thing happens very often during festival seasons in South india every morning
In India, if it's wedding season like it is now or festive season, you get to experience the first situation quite often especially if you live close to a wedding venue. I am going through the same at least twice a week.
Replayed the beginning music so many times! I miss the music players with the ox! I wish I was in India🇮🇳!! 😭😭😭 no other place like it!🥰🥰🥰

Completely relate to this! ❤️😂
Count me in too 🤚
Yes... 12:10 .. Oxytocin ...yes... The hormone that helps in lactation and uterine contractions... Yess. You are so right, Jaby.
The first one is relatable af. I had a exams and my concentration gets disrupted and I'm out of time!
So yeah the instrument is naadaaswara or sannay. A traditional instrument usually played during auspicious days. During Sankranti a festival season, Naadaaswara players come along with an ox and play the music, to show off their skills and bring in the festive feeling. People provide them with money and food. But these days the players come with ox even during normal days to earn some money and food. Quite common in South India even in the metro cities and definitely facing this once in a while in my zoom calls😅
Just like expectation & reality, this jordindian video was just an okey compared to the other ones..
First situation actually happens in Karnataka/South India
We call them Koley Basava and guy is playing Nadhaswara
During childhood we used to anticipate them to come and take blessing from the cow and give them some food
The dude with the clarinet kind of instrument with usually a bull ( not a cow), goes from house to house. And during harvest season it’s pretty common. And such orchestras during festivals, wedding processions etc are very common in India.
Achara's fake laugh when jaby was talking about his Ex-gf 😂
0:14 Damn!!! Nice confidence in saying that name fluently Jaby!
They are fairly regular in South India. A person plays the nadaswaram instrument along with a cow. We provide money and they bless us.
The story of jaby's ex girlfriend will never end😂
Expectations and realities happen every damn time😖
Well jaby has learnt how to make us watch the entire video 😂
6:08
I'm like this after starting the school zoom meeting
I put my phone in cupboard
Peace 🕊️ mental peace 😁
2:19 I have definitely encountered this so Many times , I think in fact it's a common sighting for people who own independent houses in south India.
9:01 I live for this!😂
When ever he says fire in house next door , in the back of mind a question arise was it started by him?? 😁😁😁😁
That nadaswara play is a famous Karuppa Swamy song "Anga Idi mulangudhu.."
Kolé basava is the name of the traditional art from Karnataka where a man takes his dressed up bull from door to door playing a traditional instrument called olaga similar to trumpet. In the video they have used a cow may be they didn't have a bull handy.
Jaby Koay & co. are still the best Jordindian video reactors on CZcams. Other reaction channels are good too, but the viewer experience is better on this channel compared to others in my opinion

Most awaited reaction video
i don't live in south India anymore but there's no infrastructure for broadband like fibre or any internet cabinets. we just use mobile data or a small modem that uses mobile data to give wifi. they're terrible. also idk why but indian electric providers turn off electricity to villages for over 5 hours a day. so it has to be a battery powered laptop and has to have enough juice to prepare for the power cut. I heard they do it because they don't have enough bandwidth to provide for the farm lands so they have to shift bandwidth for ppl who need it temporarily.
love the editing!!
Love the intro bro ❤️
In north western states like haryana and Rajasthan, we also sometimes see people with instruments visiting every home(rural) for money or grains. These people are usually gypsies. Sometimes saints who denounced material life. I have seen one with pungi/bagpipe like instrument (like snake charmers) or venna like instrument. Young girls also visits sometimes. The youngest i have intracted with wete 2 sisters, 6-7 year old when i was a kid.
My fav reaction channel ❤🔥
The first scenario is very common here mainly for festivals and events like ganesh chaturthi, marriages, birthdays etc where they play a lot of music until midnight etc
Jaby's Conjecture: There is at least "one ex-girlfriend" for every story I come across on CZcams.
That instrument is "Nadaswaram " the classical instrument. Very very difficult to play and learn. You must watch the Nadhaswaram performance. First he played the classical and last he played a Peppy number.
2:22 That is one type of shenai [nadhaswaram] used commonly in Indian festivals and occasions.
This is normal in southern part of india, specially during festival times - that cow and music thingy. And back there there is nothing called noise complaint, and i like it and its part of our culture even if its a headache sometimes i still wouldnt want to get rid of it
Happens all the times during online class when we keep mic on
Yahhh was waiting for this reaction 👍👍
In Bangalore, We face this situation almost every day
3:43 Legendary music ( those who don't know it is Vadivelu music) 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Gangireddu (Ox and the guy playing instrument) is common in South India. But I never got disturbed by it since my room is away from road.
Its very common thing in south india, its a way to beg by carrying a cow around them similar to dogs in america. As cow is considered as a holy animal
Very much happens in Bangalore, jordindian guys shoot videos based out of Bangalore and a guy with a Nadhaswaram and with a cow plays music to get alms
Yeah I agree with @Vismaya. The first situation is very common in South India. Vineeth, the guy who was playing the instrument is a South Indian from Karnataka. And that thing is really common.
now festive season. it is common in this season.

hi
Well actually if you don't know it's a thing in India where people playing instruments visit many strangers during festivals to play something for them , hoping for a reward like money .
its common here in banglore
people come here and start doing music and ask money for it! so the first sketch is accurate!
The new guy featured in this video is actually the budding CZcamsr called mahlyf mahrules, hence the meta reference
It's not like a recorder.. It's way more long and hard to play.. It's pretty common in Bangalore and the rest of South India
