tips are: 1- dedicate more time to learning.
2 - Use spaced repetition.
3 -Use normal repetition methods ,like listening to this episode three times. => Anki
4 - listening to content that talks about the same topic during all the episodes for a long period as a month.
The best Podcaster for ever ,that's my first comment for you ,I want just to thank you so much about your efforts to explaint that ,I 'm a begginer and I hope to develop my level to the best ,thank you again ❤️
In my humble opinion the best way is dedication and hard work. At higher level it's very common to reach a plateau, unfortunately....It is also important to meet friendly teachers on your path....I fell in love with this language when I was in kindergarten. Now I'm preparing for my English studies. I wish I could always meet friendly teachers so as 😊😊😊not to get discouraged! And I can never say I'm professional. It is truly a lifelong process!
I think the best method to improve is shadowing, a lot of repetition of shadowing. On second place, I can add is practice a real conversation. No matter what. How many mistakes you made.
What is shadowing
You can do both methods first repeat the vocabulary in flashcards then listen to the text and read it

I wanna ask you about something... I wanna know if it is ok for me to explain some of your notes in your videos to my Students (in my paid course) (who are Arab) who need Arabic translation and illustration!
They didn't subscribe to your channel... So I ask can I continue teaching them that beside other information?
Or you made it only for students not beginner teachers ?😢
Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏

Hy Conor. I.m learning English with breakes unfurtunelly. Lasy time I get way in my own and I learn every day - listening your and another person podcasts. Download vocablulary to special automat with say me word in english and transtated te polish. I listen this every day wnet I get up. I addition I have a private lesson twice a week. Unfurnutelly I don't see my progress :/ What is wrong ?: / As you see I'm very close B1 level only :(
It's cool 👍
Thanks!
I continue reading the subtitles, but it is like the teacher tell me that I'm in the intermediate level in english and that make me feel good. I know that can be a low intermediate level but i am over there. I apologize about mistakes that I have done.
Good job!
In addition to my comment, teacher; I want to let you know- the channel English Listening Practice "English with Sophia" downloads your content. In case you didn't know...:)
