I love this character so much. I can't imagine anyone else other than James Spader in that role. He did such a brilliant job. Beautiful video.
And to think Spacey and Sutherland were rumored to have been choices over Spader. I personally believe neither could have have pulled it off anywhere near a well as Spader did. He is greatness and deserved the Emmy for this role more than once. This role and his Alan Shore are examples of superior acting.

The passages spoken by Reddington hold so much weight, in all forms of life, be in fiction or reality. The writers don't get enough praise for this, partnered by Spaders performance, PERFECTION.
That's what made this character the beast ever made!! Each line of Red is a life lesson paired with Spraider performance is splendid.

I wonder if such a man, like Raymond Reddington can exist in real life. He is so powerful, so rich, so unscrupulous, ruthless yet so gentle, loving, faithful. He is ever an enigma.

It's really sad knowing we'll never have another episode to watch. I miss Raymond and The Blacklist.
Happy to say we existed on this timeline & got the closest one could to watching this unveil in real time... One day this will be lost in history unfortunately.... And we won't ever have to worry about that reality for ourselves
I hoped we see another episode, where we see how all of them reacted to his death and then maybe a 10 year skip where we see what they did with their life

There has never been a better performance by any actor ever! Raymond Reddington was/is a masterpiece, Spaders performance will be immortalised as the greatest of all time. James Spader, you gave a us a gift, for which we are all truly grateful.
I am still in awe of this TV series. The performance of James Spader is really more art than anything else. The dilemma is now that the show has ended, the void which has been created by it will be nearly impossible to fill. Thank you for these years, it really feels like loosing an old friend ❤️

He played this role so perfectly. Rewatching the Avengers movies and realized he also did Ultron and I was shocked I didn't put it together before
I know of no other actor that could pull this off. James Spader is a true master in the art of addlibing. Very well read......thinks before he speaks.......and speaks whats on his mind and in his heart. The Blacklist was made for James Spader.

Damn! This one was truly a piece of art! The character was presented in its entirety and in a breathtaking way. You selected the voiceovers to perfection and in a simply brillant timing every time. One of the best edits I've ever seen about Red!

The joy and darkness portrayed in this character over the years is unparalleled. The dialogue is exquisitivly written for a mastercraftsman to bring to life.
to me, personally. Raymond Reddington is James Spader himself. No one can go near him in depicting such unique, charismatic, enigmatic character of Raymond Reddington.

I realized that I had been watching this movie on and off for about a month. Not only does the information capture my interest, but the way the music goes with the words also keeps me engaged.
I usually don’t comment on these type of videos but this video was truly spectacular. This perfectly illustrates the life of Raymond Reddington and showcases how he is one of most thrilling, yet most mysterious characters of all time. Amazing job !

James Spader in the Blacklist was absolutely incredible!! His character Raymond Reddington is probably my favourite and most fascinating character I have ever seen watching television. Despite his criminal background and persona, he had an incredible personality!! He was so charming, compassionate, intelligent, funny, flamboyant and with so much wisdom. His storytelling was always so fascinating!! His work and friendship with his onscreen character, Dembe was pure magic!!
I loved the series so much that the ending of the series moved me emotionally. Well done James Spader and the creators of the series.

What you've done here is an absolute masterpiece on the character of Raymond Redington.
I find this edit so mesmerizing in many ways; the constant voice of James Spader mixed with all the music you've used here makes it such a unique video that explores his persona on a very deep level.
I can see how much work this video has taken you, because i imagine that it's not that easy to make some big for a long show.
I still can't believe The Blacklist is over after all this years...

This was a great series. The mystery still shrouds even it's ended. Raymond Reddington is definitely my favorite on screen career criminal. James Spader did a great job on this one, his best role yet. He will surely be remembered for this. And I believe that blacklist will definitely achieve something much much more, if not now, later. For sure. ❤
If there ever was a character, be it a TV series or movie, that I loved that is Red Redington...how more cosmopolitan, sophisticated, knowledgeable can you get??? And the great, aaaabsolutely great James Spader played the heck out of that character. He >was< the series!!!

I'm still wishing for the afterlife scene with Liz and Robert, with hints of Dominic and Glen, and all his loved ones welcoming him Home, with drinks in hand for a toast to a Job Well Done.
