I've never took the time to actually follow anyone who put this out to the public. I'd always try myself to subconsciously be positive. Then I watched about a half dozen videos and then the light went of. Now I'm totally grateful for taking the time to put all this into action. It takes time to feel the results. Some small others you're feeling changed immediately. Its' fine to be skeptical, but give it a chance and really listen and see what you can become. Great stuff. Very grateful every day to have found this.

It s true. Now i realize what kind of relationship I m into and pattern I follow. The sad side is while this process IS to letting go this. But than I m free for relationships thst makes me feelgood.
How do I change my energy? I am a positive person and practice gratitude every day. My physical energy is still extremely low. Extreme fatigue has plagued me for several years and I’ve worked with many doctors and specialists to try and figure it out, but haven’t yet found anything that has helped. I love life and want to live it, but I am always so tired. I’m not blaming anyone else or even my environment - I love my home and the people and animals in my life - I’m just trying to find energy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙏❤️

But for example something reminded me of my father today and I had such love and gratitude that he had been in my life. Because it brings me to tears of gratitude but also missing him is this a lower energy?
