One day when all this pandemic will end, and I hope soon, I'd really like to visit your land, to breath your green air, to run through your fields and discover your ancient castles. I spent 30 days in Ireland when I was 17, one of those "Learn English in Ireland" trips, and I fell in love. Deeply. Profoundly. The country is a dream. Stunning. Like stepping into a fairy tale. The color green has never been so vibrant nor the cliffs so sheer. Awe and inspiration runs deep in the land, the cold stone, the white surf.

As an Irish man, I'd like to put my opinion on it. These shots are really beautiful. So beautiful that I wouldn't recognize this as my own country. Coming from dublin city. I don't get see as much of the landscapes unless I'm travelling by car to kerry or clare. When I look at other countries like Switzerland or The alps. I tell myself, "Man, I wish Ireland had cool looking places like these". Growing up and living in ireland just puts the beauty into an illusion, so I don't think much of the place. It makes me want to leave my country to see more beautiful places. But this video sort of gave me a different view on that statement. I have never travelled alone, only with family or school trips when I was in school. Maybe to go open minded. I can find myself spiritually with my country

Going km/miles away from family and friends feels strange. I have this responsibility to travel now. I might reply when I am done my trip. Right now I wanna enjoy the view
I always tell people that tourism as we know it is just a rat race in which you arrive to some place and follow a circuit without ever getting to know what that place really is like. You just see a facade and get a false and narrow impression of it. What it's culture, history, people are. How it really is to "live" that place for a few days.
Lots of tourists go to Paris and when they leave their vision of Paris is so wrong. Paris is not the Eiffel Tower and Montmartré.
When I visited Ireland many years ago me and my friends visited Dublin, Kilkenny, Galway and the obvious touristy spots. You pay to enter in a bunch of abbeys, Moher, etc. But you never have the chance of hiking in places like that in 47:39, or spend a few days just doing nothing in some quiet town, or dip your feet in some cold beach.
Same thing happened in Scotland. The country is breathtaking, yet there I was, in Loch Ness, probably one of the less beautiful and uninteresting spots in that land.
travelling as a tourist is just an illusion. I have been to a good bunch of countries and this mindset has little sense to me now. I always come back with the impression that I only saw and did what the tourism office wanted me to do. I'm only a sheep that has to be sheperd. And my understanding of some country's history and culture is 0. Even if I tried to capture a bit of them.
I'm from Spain and I started to feel embarrased of myself because I always chiose to travel abroad, when in fact Spain is like a little Europe with so much diversity and quality.

Ireland has so many wonderful places to visit, cities, towns, landscapes, beaches, castles, ruins and so much more. It is so difficult to see them on just one trip. Certainly a country you may need to revisit. Incredible video, much appreciated!

Absolutely superb, all of it! Magnificent drone work capturing the awesomeness of Ireland which I travelled through in 1990 during the World Cup which included Ireland. And with my interest in geology I found myself trying to work out the many different strata layers of rock in those amazing cliffs. The girl in many of the views certainly enjoyed walking in those rugged and wild landscapes amongst the ruins of castles and churches and more. The music was superb also. I lived, and traveled Ireland for 5 month in 2018. To say how beatyfull it is, is a understatement. Mosf amazing expirence and the most I feld a conetion with nature in my life... But also the most expensive expirence of my life 😊😊
