Ingredients:
1cup - Water
1cup - Brown Sugar
1/2cup - Granulated Sugar
1/4tsp - Salt
1 1/2tbsp - Butter (Optional)
1tsp - Maple Extract
1tsp - Vanilla Extract

Now I'm done buying pancake syrup! With your video I made such a tasty syrup that has the exact taste and consistency that I like and didn't get from the supermarket ones. I like my syrup a little less sweet and a little thinner than the supermarket ones and now I have it. I had to improvise with this syrup as I didn't have granulated sugar or maple syrup so I used 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and added cinnamon leaves and vanilla - no butter because I wanted it to stay on the shelf. I used cinnamon for a nice flavour but just 2 small leaves because I didn't know how well the cinnamon powder would dissolve. I just snapped the leaves to release the flavour. I also added a tsp of cornstarch.
