      Al-dente means 'firm to the tooth'. Boil the pasta for a few minutes less than the packet instructions. Check the pasta, and when it's firm to the tooth, it's ready.

      You'd have a whole other taste without the balsamic, and not nearly as tasty.

      Yep !! I followed exactly the same process; come out fantastic.. from then on when i braised anything... balsamic is a must ... make the taste so balanced ! Thx to chef ...
