Here is my biggest project so far, a high detailed, fully rigged, animated and textured Steinway & Sons Grand Piano Model D New York Hamburg, D-274.
It's a project I've been thinking about for the last 6 months but I was pretty busy this year.
This project took me about 3 weeks, 1,5 week for Modeling, 5 days of Surfacing and Rigging, about a week of Render and 2 Days of compositing and editing.
    Credits :
    - Soundtrack : Beethoven | Moonlight Sonata 3rd Movement, Presto Agitato from "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso Boku to Kimi to no Ongakuchou (OST)", 四月は君の嘘 僕と君との音楽帳 : • Piano Sonata No. 14 (M...
    - For the animation : Rousseau | Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata (3rd Movement) :
    • Beethoven - Moonlight ...
For this project, I used :
    - Blender 2.83 for the modeling, surfacing, rigging, animation and render with Cycles.
    - Textures from Quixel Bridge, Poliigon.com, textures.com.
    - NukeX for the compositing.
    - Adobe After Effects for the synchronisation
    - Adobe Premiere Pro for the Editing.

Do you mind if I ask how you get the information to model in such detail? i would love to recreate this model for my own interest but i honestly dont know how to get accurate information on all the specs and the sizes of every part of the piano? did you have accurate measurements you worked off of or did you use something much simpler.
    Thanks in advance

Hi, i think i just work by eye, just get a lot of references and try to match the proportions or using them as background images to model on top, you can probably find some dimensions ont the internet but i mostly worked like that

@@JonathanTRG Hey its me again! I watched your amazing video on the website showing the piano action animation. I am wondering if you can tell me how you were able to recreate it so well? do you have a physical version in real life you can reference or did you somehow find detailed information about sizes/dimensions online? if you found it online, could you direct me? i am searching for information on the action mechanism but have had no luck. I realize that this project took place a long time ago, i still hope there is something i can find out though.
      Thanks in advance!

@@Fr3nch23 Hi, for the mechanism i looked on the internet and youtube, search something like "Steinway & sons key action" and people who install this piano and found some references
