Method:
Steam meat with : onion,ginger&garlic paste,salt,rosemary,water,beef seasoning,smoked paprika till soft
Stew: fry beef, remove ir, then fry onions, remove them keep aside, the fry onions again, blend meat stock with with pepper,ginger,garlic,onions,
Add it to the onions, fry and add tomato paste, blend plum tomatoes with the fried onions, add it, let cook, add fried meat and fried boiled eggs
Add your seasoning and let cook until the oil settles , enjoy with waakye (rice&beans)
