HAPPY SATURDAY CRAIG, LOVE YOUR VIDEOS ❤
Johnny, thanks for letting me know. Thanks for watching
Good info. Never new there where so many options in Garden City
It’s a very unique city with a lot of variety.
Great video. Thank you. Any young-ish retires here? Does it lean more "progressive" or is it still conservative?
Hmmm good question. Depends on what you mean by progressive. Can you elaborate?
I’m not sure about young retires specifically. Are you looking for a place to retire?
I believe progressive is a polite word for socialist.
If you want progressive, move to OR, WA, or CA. Don't bring the progressive/liberal virus to ID.
No mention on expo Idaho park ??
Looks descent but what about the stinky tap water that occurs from April to October every year? It smell like latex.
Well… a.co/d/2tUSZNV
@@livinginidaho That solves the drinking water, but the shower and other faucets spew out this smelly water too. I realize a person can install water filtering systems to solve these issues, but I'm curious as to why it occurs in the first place. You mentioned the well, but why isn't that issue solved in Garden City? I've not noticed this problem in other Idaho cities.
Are there any recommendations for any younger renters? With how things are I can’t buy a home anytime soon, but I really want to get out of Olympia. Our bills are so high that we can’t consider buying a home. We are taking on debts just to get by. I can’t stand this kind of living! We NEED to get out within the next 2 years.
I don’t know your situation but I’d recommend finding a way to increase your income.

@@livinginidahoI’m already working 55 to 70 hours a week bringing in about 55k a year and my girlfriend is working 40 to 50 hours a week. I honestly don’t know what to do. Every bill just keeps going up. Our rent went from $1,150 a month to $2,150 a month in a year and a half. I’ve been driving great and haven’t gotten a ticket or anything yet my car and renters insurance just doubled on me. Does Idaho have a rent cap? Washington renters can increase the monthly as much as they like and as often as they like. It’s eaten my savings. It’s quickly becoming California and I just moved from there to avoid this shit! Sorry not to go off but damn Idaho seems like heaven. F Washington
Idaho rents are high. Arkansas is affordable.
@@leviblackwood3258 On 55k a yr, I'd look at OK, TX, AR, MS, AL, LA, etc. A friend of mine used to live in KY and he loved growing up there. He moved to WA in his late 20's and as soon as he retires, he's moving back to KY and he's trying to convince the wife and I to move with them.
KY is vary affordable and pretty. You'll have to do a deep dive.
But then you're in Garden City.
Idaho is a dump.
Thanks for the deep insight TJ
It's actually nice.
You're just a crybaby lib.
