Hi Michael, Insight - The "what am I saying NO to" is indeed a much more difficult question to answer than the YES one. Although I deal with that all the time with clients (i'm an interior desinger, helping them choose loads of stuff for their new home and they have to say a lot of NO..) This makes it much clearer for me and my goals. Action: sending this to my brother, who writes an awesome blog about managing in High-Tech and going back to read the book! Cheers!
