Delayed ejaculation, sometimes called impaired ejaculation, is a condition in which it takes an extended period of sexual stimulation for men to reach sexual climax and release semen from the penis (ejaculate). Some men with delayed ejaculation are unable to ejaculate at all.

Excellent video Doctor! Can the use of a combination of Gabapentin, Wellbutrin and Baclofen (as well as Zyrtec D) be contributing factors? I had back surgery and it’s more and more difficult.

I’ve been in that situation too, but so much better now. Hang in there! Stay patient and readjust to be less preoccupied with ejaculation and instead focus on all the other goodie stuff that you can experience.
