why is there something not disney licenced in here? I've never seen that big bunny rabbit thing before at 1:53 or is this a disney movie before my time?

That is from a Japanese movie called My Neighbor Totoro. Disney didn't make this movie, but they do have the licensing rights to the movie and did the dub in english. It's a very popular children's movie.
