In contrast, we're all hating KM even more (the character, not the person!). I came to AS8 with an open mind, hoping her toxic behavior was gone and her aesthetic improved, but both are the same or worse. Add the favoritism and this has become unbearable.

a top two honestly feels too small, top 3 is the sweet spot imo, anything less and eliminations feel too harsh rather than tough but needed

I think keeping Jimbo definitely WAS Kandy being strategic and playing the game. Kandy is going into the finale being able to say she kept her word and alliance with Jimbo and ‘disprove’ the bad rumours that were going around her, also probably knowing it would be the least controversial decision with the fanbase. Keep in mind, while Jimbo has the most Challenge wins, they also have the most Lip Sync losses (probably the worst track rate in the entire franchise). Knowing all that and the finales are typically decided by a lip sync/ dance number, it’s really no wonder Kandy would keep Jimbo over Jessica.
Jessica was my personal favourite to win, but I’m so happy and proud that she was able to return and show just how much she’s grown and what an amazing queen and person she is 😭🙌✨
I started to see The Pit Stop thanks to Bianca del Rio, please keep her as host of this incredible cap resume channel... literally SHE IS AMAZING!

No shade, Kandy did the best in the challenge and deserved the win. She’s unapologetic about her opinions but still a fair and honorable competitor because she just saved Jimbo and will probably lose the crown and 200,000 because of it. While I'm very sad to see Jessica go I'm more thankful and happy we got to see a lot more from her and made it through until the end of the road, she comes from one of the fiercest seasons and it showed! She didn't fall for no cheap drama nor games, I mean she competed against some of the fiercest queens at the time like Raven, Tyra, Tatianna, Jujubee, Morgan, Sonique, Sahara(may she rest in peace) and Pandora! Like girl Jessica was more than ready for war in AS8! ❤

I really don’t think they would’ve allowed Jimbo to go home. If Kandy had theoretically chosen Jimbo, production would’ve had a twist of some sort to make it a top 3 instead of a top 2. Jimbo had performed so well this season and sending her home wouldn’t be a good look for the show.
They didnt interfere with Manila or Shangela or Dela picking herself. I doubt they would, any gagworthy moment makes great TV whether the fan reception is good or bad.
Kandy is actually friends with Jimbo before All Stars 8, thats why Kandy saved Jimbo.

In all stars 4 they had already planned to crown two people (with one of them being Monet, or it wouldn't have any sense since Mo should have won) so I think they preferred the shock value.
If Kandy eliminates Jimbo here, Jessica is gonna win (because the backlash against Kandy would be too much, as we have seen with Naomi already). Jimbo would have won the Fame Games being a fan favourite and a robbed one who was sent home while dominating. It's not the last episode...

girl i was instantly thinking SHADE when they asked her to review the makeover episode that kandy won when she notoriously got INTO IT with kandy right before getting eliminated. we even got a halfway regret revelation on here with her saying she wished she went in on tina instead. i was waiting to see if she would say she regreted misdirecting her frustration at mik and kandy. giving kandy's infamous "TINA DOESNT OWN FLAMES". bc a few people have pointed out '60s gogo mod is more of a trixie staple than a kandy the bronx sex doll aesthetic. and i was remembering how the same critique was said on her last makeover that she wasnt staying on brand, but those were denali's words

it helps that both of them REALLY hit their stride and found paint that truly works for them. their original season mugs were "okay" but wow both of them really figured out what works for their face. valentina shaved off 10 years off her face with the minimal kendal jenner look and denali looks so much better with all that heavy color she weighs her eyes down in, and those harsh lips

IMO, Kandy would lose in a finale to MsJessica... that big kick wouldn't be quite enough, now, would it? Be honest, that floor would have been a flood plain. Kandy, love her, would need a "roses out the wig" slay against the "Golden Shile" 😂 She knew it, too.
No she should've/would've won that's why. They wanted Jimbo to win since day 1 and Kandy got the same treatment and passes as in season 13.
