Love the way you've used quotes in your journals. I like to use quotes as well. I've been collecting them for years. Now that junk journaling is a craft I've started I can use them in a pretty page. Thanks.😍
Hi Mae, I do love to use quotes. Junk journals are perfect for collecting quotes. I’m old school, I’d much rather flick through one of my journals to read quotes I love, than my phone 🌸💙

Looks beautiful Kate, that rose is stunning, as I’m listening to you I could pick so many quotes from what you are saying. Don’t overthink it, that could be my motto this year 😂 Oh our weather has been crazy too, today Friday the 19th we have our heater on, where last week it was so hot but the rain so much it’s really tropical and humid. However I love love love making journals and I am trying hard to create a regular journaling habit. So good to connect with fellow creative kiwis so thanks for saying hi. @@PixieKDesigns thanks so much for your reply. Yes, I am a scrapbooker, and I have a passion for photography. But I’m finding my interests are widening, and I’m entranced by the junk journal idea. I also do a lot of craft alone, and have found CZcams a great place to connect. A lot of the scrapbookers are from the US or Australia, so hearing your accent and hearing you are from the Hawkes Bay was refreshing🙂. Plus I love the look of your journal. I enjoyed the different ways you have used quotes very much….so many great ideas. TFS. I love the typewriter look and while I don’t have one, I am sure there is a way to get a typewriter font on a computer. Like you I don’t love my hand writing but I think it is nice to leave some handwritten messages for future generations.
