illegal damage attempt probably means that he dealt more damage than what is supposed to be possible in apoc, so he got kicked for exploiting

it's an anti-exploit counter measure. if a single remote event causes more than a certain amount of damage (lets say for example 150), it'll be considered by the game that the damage caused was not through legit means and will proceed to kick you
