Morten has become a very talented songwriter over the years. He has written some songs for a-ha but he also writes just about all of his solo music, maybe not so much the lyrics, but the actual music. Having said that I agree that Magne is a fantastic writer. He also has a pretty nice voice, I think he sounds good here.
To me, all three are talented singers, song writers, lyricists, and musicians in their own right. Three completely different people with their own distinct sounds. 3 amazing hearts, minds, and souls. I am love with all three of them for that ❤❤

I love Magna as a composer and musician but he spoilt one of the best A-ha's songs. I tried to forgive him but it was hard, very hard indeed. I'm still trying to because I love him ...😠😊

I think it's a great idea for Magne and Paul to take the mic for a couple of songs during concerts to spare Mortens voice. Then they can stretch it out a little.
l love Pauld voice over Magnes. Though l must admit Magne is the most charismatic on stage.in the group. Not the besy voice..lm a voice coach. Morten alwaye told Magne to "stop singing from his head. It musy comr from the lower throat."
I’m not a voice coach and I love Magne’s voice. I love his voice in the TN demos, I love when he sings “Dragonfly”. I love his voice on his albums “Past Perfect Future Tense” “A Dot in the Black in the Blue of Your Bliss” and “White X-Mas Lies”. I love his voice in the songs “The Way We Talk” and “The Summers of Our Youth” (where he reminds me of Chris Martin)I love his voice in the background vocals. He has this wonderful gruffy voice that can sound so sweet, vulnerable, and heart felt. He also has a little “Umph” at times and makes it a little hot, I think.❤ Maybe it’s because my pinion comes more from the heart than professional opinions, don’t know. There are quite a few of us though❤😋 Truthfully though, I love all three of their voices and their uniqueness. ❤
Marten gives live to this song- his voice is so tender and smooth , that when you listen to Morten is completely different song. Magne - seems like not singing , he is just reading the lyrics... is so poor..

I guess Magne and Paul sings a song each now and then to spare Mortens voice. It's a good thing. Their audiens love all of them, and by singing they make connection with the audience. I don't care if he doesn't sing as good as Morten. He is Great at harmonies, which he usually do, and I love to hear him sing his own song.
