I don’t think we have enough to make a determination either way right now, but the only way to tell if it’s a good or bad game will be to play it yourself.

I mean...we saw the gameplay footage and it really has some good Level designs and has good controls and actually polished..based on the foorage we saw it looks very appealing and promising because of the footage we saw so I'm not worried it will turn out well.

My main concern about this game isn't the game play I already it's gonna be good from the footages it's the story shadow as a character was butchered for a long time it seems like this game going to redeem his character but...would they get it right? Let's find out i heard ian flynn writing the story of shadow's campaign.
the shadow levels look terrible. the bosses look too simple. think i'm maybe just too old for non open zone future sonic games, but the graphics, vfx and animations look pretty good
I'm curious, what makes you say that Shadow's levels look terrible?
@@ImperialPlayz they're straight lines until you hit a rail where you watch an animation play, another straight line until you homing attack three enemies and hit a boost pad which leads you into.. another straight line, then hit a spring that leads you into another straight line. but it's fine because there's another path you can take right!! that's also a straight line?
@@culturalistwhile I see your point, that’s really what boost level design has been even since Unleashed, since it’s what accommodates the boost formula the best. Not saying it’s the best design at all, but it is what the series has been doing for a while. Imo the only reason it gets criticized is because of Forces.
@@ImperialPlayz you're so wrong. the difference is unleashed is difficult. it has obstacles. there's also a real sense of speed and spectacle. the other paths require not only skill to get to, but knowledge of the stage in unleashed. here they are clearly visible
@@culturalist great point, and you’re definitely right on that. I still think that the level design is a step in the right direction though (but like you’ve pointed out, not the best it could be in the slightest), and we still haven’t seen the rest of the stages either. I’m still hopeful, and at least for me, as long as it’s fun, I’ll be fine.
