I bet you can get a starter for that Jetter from Amazon in about 2 days and for about half price. I see them listed for a bit over $50 US. Such a deal!

The smartest thing to do is unscrew the cap until it starts releasing pressure leave it until the pressure is gone then take the cap off
With as much pressure and junk, that would have taken a long while.
