A idea that could help visual the Blueprint plan easier is use different colours for different jobs e.g. Buck & Ace being the "guards" in Yellow, Zofia & Cap clearing blue in Green & Hibana the planter in Blue (with maybe Red Crosses to show spots enemies might be playing). So now instead of all green you know Yellow are to hold angles, Green is to clear key spots & Blue is the planter.
I also suggest using a drawing software like Epic Pen free version so you don't have to undo everything whilst explaining. Paint is completely useless.
I agree that the videos could be more easily digestible like you mentioned. Though despite that I understood the strat on the first watch, very good video. Have you ever thought about hiring an editor to help with that? There's a small siege youtuber called KangruKenny who has a video titled "Capitao: The Missing Piece to the Oregon Basement Attack" and at 0:27 he shows a little top-down motion graphic that helps visualize what he's saying better. I think that could work well with your content too.

The blueprint part is the most important part in my perspective, like a bank robbery there is always a blueprint strat
I think a slide show might be nice, so you can flick between slides to show progress through the round without deleting and redrawing lines. also different color would be nice

Odd question, so say Zofia loses an engagement early in the round how do you adjust or rotate? Does buck go or is it dependent on whose utility is less important? Or defense set up? I know that’s a very broad question and it doesn’t have to be Zofia specifically but what would you base your decision on in your stack?
Andy, start with the blueprint. Than show the drones and action. For ppl with average map knowledge...blueprint is all we need. The acction is just those small tips

People don’t know this for some reason, but you can shoot the oil pit claymores through the grate in the ceiling
best would probably be if you have a 5 stack and then everybody does their part and you then go sort of like this person does this while you see the other persons doing their stuff. In a second step you can then go more detailed trough it if nessesary
Tried this with my stack but enemy's Tachanka flew thru the roof and hipfire headshotted all of us before we left the spawn, any counters for this?

I know an easier way to visualize attacking positions and defence without drawing. Get subscribers or viewers to help you in a custom game, use theatre to review your positions.
