Why does Islam stress that women cover their hair? - Hassanain Rajabali

In the west hair is not considered the most attractive feature of women, hair is not associated with modesty and many women self proclaim to be dressed modestly, why does Islam stress that women cover their hair?

True. When Allah Swt ordered us to cover ..we should do it. We do it for our sake too not just coz Allah Swt told us to. Simple comfortable and best.
