Nope just pull it out from under the battery so it gets some air over it. It only has issues if it’s really hot outside and you are on 4s

Knowing how techy all you youtube guys are I'm kinda surprised you didn't set up thrust reversal...just because it's the newest gadget kinda thing, not that you NEED it but as with any hobby who really NEEDS any of this.
Reverse was cool on the first model I used it on but just didn’t need it on this one in my opinion

Mine's got 2 Blades in the prop. Is It ok or should I change It for a 3 Blade prop.? Thanks for the vid. Good flight.
Do you have a different Timber there’s about 7 now the original Timber had a 2 blade and all the timber X versions have two blades

It sucks that they havent had spare parts for this plane, ever. Mine was damaged in shipping and they still havent gotten me a replacement wing. I know californias ports are a huge mess, with hundreds of container ships waiting to unload, but its frustrating to get a new plane and not be able to fly it for 6 months...
So what you could do is order EFL17555 the wing for the blue one. It fits just looks funny having a blue wing. Then go fly until the replacement comes in and just have an extra wing….
@@MerryBoozerRC funny thing is, the replacement wing has no pre-applied decals at all. In fact I just got a shipping notice that the decals just shipped...talk about twisting the knife...
@@snoriverrc3842 yea the only difference that I know of between the two wings is the quick connection but you can bypass it if you get a V1 wing and fly with a white wing until you get the replacement
@@snoriverrc3842 or if you want to have some fun order a timber X wing and pop it on there it also fits 🤷
