I never thought it was about Kurt. I watched to see why she divorced Bill Hudson. I had no idea about her earlier marriage. I found it interesting.

I've been married 48 years to the same woman. Being married is about comment to your partner. Without it is nothing but convenience. Marriage is all about hard work and refusing to walk away. In Hollywood marriage is a short term hobby.

I feel you there. Though I was married for 38 years and had 2 beautiful children looking back I realize just how much I hated the confinement of marriage. If I could do it over I'd forgo the formalities and just live together in peace. Marriage changes people's outlook on the dynamics of the relationship and not always for the better. My husband passed away 9 years ago (God Rest his Soul) but I will never get married again. I like my freedom too much. I only have to answer to myself and I enjoy being on my own.
