midas FEA NX Software Installation Guide

- Download the midas Civil software installation files
- Once downloaded, unzip the .zip file and run the "Setup.exe" file
- Extract all the files at the preferred location.
- Right-click on the setup file in the installation folder and select “run as administrator.”
- When asked about removing the previously installed version of midas FEA Nx, select no.
- Click on next in the installation wizard.
- Select ok for the dialogue box asking to install MS internet explorer.
- Select next.
- Provide the User name and Company name and click next.
- Select the destination folder and click next.
- Click next.
- Select “do not install” for the installation protection lock driver and click on next.
- Check on “run FEA Nx now” and click on Finish.
- Browse tools on the middle top of midas window and select Options.
- Select License.
- Choose “Web authentication.”
- Provide the User ID and password with which the account has been created on the midas website.
- Provide Protection key ID as received from the midas team.
- Click on Select product
- Choose Select all.
- Click on Ok
