Good Work but let them create NTSA offices in every county for faster service delivery, if we have these offices in all 47 counties we would not be waiting for long to receive the service.
As a kenyan working outside kenya This kind of service is done in 5 to 10 mins upon producing ur documents.... We r way behind, rather more like a dog n pony show with CS showing up . Dissolve the dept.n create SERVICE KENYA. STUFF LIKE Car ownership,plates,n insurance, Car tranfer details etc is done right on the spot.This will generate revenue faster!
Congratulations CS. Kindly consider establishing a system that ecitizen/tims send monthly performance report of no. of applications received, number processed, number collected so that your intervention is timely

Murkomen pls stop sarakazi streamline the NTSA and pls know that is one of the government department which is totally rotten from the Top to Bottom . Stop going there for a day or two then u disappear those guys just resume their usual trading before getting service immediately at least u take ten to 20 people home for not being effective in their mandates as the officers of government which should serve the citizens instead they operate opposite.

CS Contact someone of us , I had eight vehicles and I applied on late may and after daily follow up in Ntsa HQ they just cleared last week. So many brokers there, if you want to get at right time which should be in 3 week s after application you have to give cash or I say bribe heavily

Companies or ministries are either efficient or they are not. If the CEO has to move from one desk to snother to ensure work is done, thats inefficiency. He should start by removing middle management. Because, efficiency is the job of people btwn CEO and workers. Obviosuly they are not good at that, neither are they the ones doing the actual work. All they add is bureaucracy. Middle management should be very very lean. Then workers are aided by systems and processes.
