    As an Indonesian i do agree with coach Yeb and Duckey, Chemistry is the most important thing and Chemsitry builds based on process and consistency, i still remember when APBren still in that process effect when Blacklist and Echo is a powerhouse in International Tournament, Blacklist with their Icon Veewise and Echo with Karltzy, but with that process look at them now, hell even i can said APBren almost finished their international title only MSC left, i hope those higher ups in Indonesian MLBB esport teams watch this and starts to develops the mindset of trust the players and let them develop and build chemistry, MLBB is a 5 man TEAM for God sake 😅

      I do totally agreed with you bro, for me as an Indonesian too (you're not alone bro, let me accompany u here h3h3h3) from what Coach Duckey mention in the video, so many teams in Indo cycle their teams too fast before they got the chemistry with the new roster, they want an instant success. Also I feel sorry because Indo community still a toxic community, they just blaming their teams without any positive support, understanding the process how to get the great result. Because the attitude from our community too, most of Indonesian teams 'fulfilling' their temporary satisfactory of their fans with roster changes which don't solve the main problem at all..

    i’m indonesian, and the thing about indonesia is because the community itself. the community getting too big and toxic, thats why a lot of teams have to cycling the players so fast. because the fans are demanding the champion title. nothing wrong with that. we can’t control netizens criticism but i think the team management have to educate the fans about the process and teams developments. and i also agree the team management have no patient and not trusting the process. because most of teams are too money centered i guess? it is a bussiness at the end of the day. but like you said, i hope indonesian teams will ignore the demanding fans and give the new players more time to grow and not replace their players suddenly when they not give the best performance.

Onic is self explanatory with Kairi and yeb. Geek fam is not far behind with Baloy/marrkkyyy. Aura is struggling but its their 1st year together. RRQ wants instant gratification with Irrad and coach Vren, they dont let them build chemistry if you dont win now you get benched same as Super red in Evos, Dlar in previous season. They dont deserve imports tbh.

    The social media climate in Indonesia also affects the players' mindset to a certain degree.
    To put it simply, the ones who are flashy, cool, and have a lot of kills gets put in the spotlight and become famous. What do they get if they become famous ? Money, fame, and most importantly the chance to retire early and continue their career streaming or other forms of content creation. And the Indonesian fans LOVE these flashy plays. Too much for their own good.
    That's why these players compete with each other, even against their own teammates to get the flashiest plays and montages, putting winning as a team as second priority.

      Well Meta is not necessarly the answer, chemistry is the right answer, if you play a match with someone you barerly knew, it affects your playstyle, sometimes trust issue will occur and affects the decision making in a war, PH doesn't have that problem because they're trusting their player, meanwhile in Indonesia like Duckey said player can get sacked easily if they didn't achieve anything, that is weird you know, there is rarely player whom become champion with only 1 or 2 seasons after they moved to their new team, maybe only a few but thar is really rare

    • @dontexpectanyreplies
      @dontexpectanyreplies Před 3 měsíci +2

      @@user-kw4ms4ke8t but meta is quite literally one of the biggest factors , if not the main factor, for a team to win. PH integrated metas that literally put them on the very top of pedestal that everyone else adapted after experiencing a lost. For example, just look at M5 grandfinals, Onic was strong because of Kairi's skill set as an assassin main, but because of Utility meta, they weren't able to break through Bren. And you know onic, dominated several international scenes before M5 happened. So although chemistry is a factor, it is just 30%. I would say 40-50% counts for META and strats, 20-30% for skills and 30% for chemistry

    In my opinion, the reason why player rotations in Indonesia are very fast is because MLBB in Indonesia has become a big industry. In the industry, money is needed, and money comes from investments and fans. However, fans and investments will only exist if they get champions. It's a bit paradoxical, but that's how it is when sports become industries; money is at play. They need instant victories and recognition. I agree with Coach Ducky, chemistry is actually an investment in this game.

    The real thing is, its good to have a Coach cause its a luxury to have a Coach. But anyone can also make Strats, and if youre a Pro it makes more sense to learn Strats even without a Coach.

    Even for Bren, after they won M2, they started going downhill after KarlTzy left and even the casters were even saying that Bren has become a fallen kingdom from S7 or 8 all the way till S10 until they finally showed some results and proven themselves in S12 and M5, so with this we can agree with coach duckyy for now that investing in the process is important and it’s also the coaches job to know which players are able to build up chemistry within the team.
    Maybe ID needs more time for their imports to adapt and I believe the process will show results!
    All the best to all of them and looking forward to S13! 🫡

    Hindi ako pro player, casual gamer lang pero araw araw ako naglalaro. Nag start ako maglaro nung mag work ako dito s Indo since 2017 (up until now). Observation ko lang, hindi ko sure kung s coach or player or maybe part din is culture.
    1. Hindi sa kanila masyado uso ang communication (based nlng dito s work ko) considering they speak the same language.
    2. Masyado toxic dito, kahit may makalaro akong duo or trio, nakukuha pa makipag trashtalk, considering may squad na yung trio/duo, dapat objective lang talaga. Wala sa dami ng kills, MVP etc, it’s all about towers, base and assists.
    3. Tingnan nyo nlng yung mga dating pro players nila, nag sstream nlng, kasi npa toxic ng culture (ewan ko lang s ibang games). Kaya cgro nawwalan na rin ng gana yung mga pro players, kaya d rin nagttagal. Yung Kairi, tingnan nyo, puro sisi ng mga Indo streamers, madali lang manisi kasi, bat kaya hindi sila yung mag laro? Lol.
    Yung diko gets s mga trashtalkers, bkt yung teammate tina trashtalk imbes na tulungan kung hirap na? Kasi nga individualist at hindi pa nakkpag communicate, tpos yung ka toxican, kht tpos na game, mag PM p syo, minsan maghhmon pa ng 1v1 lol.
    Maganda yung gngwa jan s Pinas, meron bootcamp, para at least may camaraderie at pati yung coach. Yung talent at skills ng Indo, meron na eh, yung “culture” lang ang dapat baguhin sa kanila. Isipin nyo, 4th largest population in the world ang Indo (next sa US, China no 1, India 2, US and Indo) ang Pinas ay pang 10th lang. Meaning mas malaki population nila ng di hamak, meaning mas malaki economy nila at mas malaki resources nila ng di hamak. Maski nga s Basketball balang araw ppwede nila tayo talunin kung gumawa sila ng long term na program at mag invest sila.

Tpos yung level ng trashtalk, iinusultuhin ka pa at buong pamilya mo, tpos minsan after ng game mag PM pa. Lol. I think what they're trying to say somehow from their words is that ID lacks the fundamental aspects of a 5v5 game. An ID player can and probably most of the time floor you on a 1v1, but finds it very struggling on a larger 5v5 game state. ID is individuality, PH is camaraderie. Both are essential in tactical warfare and a tactician needs to be able to adapt to both.

    • @arfeusss
      @arfeusss Před 2 měsíci +1

      Yeah, I do agree with that. The easiest way to see that is how different it is when we (I'm Indonesian) apporach our objective, especially lord. When we compare the M4 and M5 grand final, M4's lord dance is more structured compared to how ID vs PH in M5 which more look like a clash between hero or even person rather than 5v5 to gain objective.

      @@arfeusss I'm a 1v1 player myself and I'm from the Philippines. I do find it hard at most times maximizing my skills on a macro setting. Maybe it's because I got used to playing the old dota where despite it being a 5v5 format, it is more grindy and methodical compared to how moba games are nowadays.
      I think it all depends on the background or culture of the player at the end of the day.

      You cannot blamed the org in Indo. The sponsorships also based on the team popularity and achievements. Like EVOS they having financial issues because sponsor are pulling out because of EVOS frequently losing to secure playoff’s. RRQ also got that issue, before so many sponsors are getting RRQ now their CEO admit losing advertisers. So they need the team to win and cannot wait for the team build chemistry. The business aspect of E sports in Indo is more important. The reason why old popular players are still keep and paid high is because of the engagement and fans they give to the team. Example Lemon and Rekt , this two cannot compete with the new generation of players but keep by the team for sponsorship and fans.
